This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
If you have a particular affinity for the darker and more disturbing end of story-telling, I must recommend for your reading pleasure The Death of Bunny Munro. It gets a bit mind-squelching as it goes along, saturated with booze and the steady decline of human dignity, but it is just the right length that it doesn't exhaust your mental stamina before you get all the way through. The story isn't feel-good, or awe-inspiring. It doesn't make the imagination soar, or your heart beat faster in anticipation. It, in fact, keeps you filled with a steady stream of dread as you plummet further into what you know is inevitable. And with a final twist and shake that makes you stop to hold your breath for the final chapter, it delivers exactly what you did and did not expect simultaneously.
It is penned by the enigmatic Nick Cave, and it is waiting for you to pick it up and take the short and shattering road-trip it contains.
You've been one of my favorite artists on this site for the past few years. It was neat to see the meme of your past work. Thank you for sharing your talent!
