I haven't been drawing enough lately. Now I don't have the excuse of school. Soooo, this summer shall reap many paintings. And, more importantly, I intend to write my book this summer. I swear. No really, I will.
Anyhow, above is Daven, (or Vaden, depending on his mood) who has severe psychological... issues... and outlets them in less than wholesome ways. Since very young Daven suffered voices screaming in his head, a condition that would grow worse as the years went by. The only ways he could smother the cries, or atleast temporarily be deafened to them, was through drugs, sex, and often violence. It was in the midst of his worst crime, at barely twenty-six years old and on the threshold of his own death, that a new option was offered to him... *dun dun dun*
aaah! Creepy! O_O Those pants textures are really nice. So's the blood. I like the smoothness of the skin, too. Great mood capture. *hug* I like how the tattoo flows with his skin.
As usual, lovin' everything about this pic. The pose, the coloring, the TATTOOS...*digs tattoos immensely* He has a very sexy back and ass O___O (sorry, had to get that out) The gun and bloody cross add to the overall mood of it. Brilliant.
I also really like his hair.
Well, what a coincidence, i'm writing my novel too! (no, seriously *cough* ) Good luck with that...and yes! *cracks whip* Paint! Draw! Sketch! Now, curse you!
great pose, and you did damn good work on his back, always had problems drawing people from behind mysel, envy those who can ^^
anyway, the coloring is really great as well
For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

The Deviousness Award is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one trully outstanding deviant. `Cyantre is one of the most helpful deviants within our community. With a positive attitude and a resourceful mind, you can always find him providing support and encouragement to those in need. Always looking for ways in which he can get more involved in our community, John's positive presence is to be aspired to.
